Official Rules and Regulations
Event: UCI Mountain Bike World Series Sweepstakes
Dates: October 3–5, 2025
Venue: Mt Van Hoevenberg & Whiteface Mountain
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, and directors of the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA), and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate. Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Access the Online Free Ticket:
- QR Codes: Scan the QR code found on ORDA promotional materials promoting the Event. The QR code will be provided in emails sent to individuals on ORDA’s email list.
- Event Location: Online entry forms will also be available on-site at the Venue for the duration of the Event.
Complete the Online Form:
- Full Name: Enter your complete legal name.
- Address: Provide your current residential address.
- Email Address: Enter a valid email address for communication.
Submit the Form:
- Ensure all the required fields are filled out accurately.
- Click on the "Submit" button to enter the sweepstakes.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. DRAWING DETAILS
- The drawing for the prizes will take place on Sunday, October 5th.
- One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
- Participants need not be present to win.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
- ORDA will make one attempt to contact a winner. Winners will have 30 days from the time of notification to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. PRIZE DETAILS
- One (1) Giant Trance Advance Pro 29 mountain bike with an approximate retail value of $8,000.00.
- Winners are responsible for any costs associated with shipping if they are not on-site to receive the bike.
- All prizes are awarded "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, provided by ORDA.
7. TAXES
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.
- To formally accept the prize and be declared a winner, the potential winner must complete and return a W-9 form within 30 days of the notification date. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Any fees for bike shipment, including but not limited to postage, shipping materials, and insurance, are the responsibility of the winners.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ORDA, the State of New York, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this sweepstakes.
- ORDA is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
- Entry into the sweepstakes does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the prizes offered.
9. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Any personal information collected during the sweepstakes will be used exclusively for communications from ORDA regarding the Event, as well as other products and services offered by ORDA.
- No personal information will be sold or provided to third parties for any other use whatsoever.

10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
- ORDA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the sweepstakes.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
- ORDA is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries.
- These official rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
- By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of ORDA, which are final and binding in all respects.
